When you book a free trial class: parent name, email address, phone number (with country code), country/region, timezone, child nickname, age range, Chinese level, preferred class time and any notes.
When you register an affiliate (KOL) account: email address, login password (stored encrypted), name, country/region and social media details.
Collected automatically: IP address, browser/device information (User-Agent), referring page, click and visit records, plus UTM marketing parameters and affiliate tracking identifiers (AID).
3. How We Use Information
To schedule, confirm and deliver free Chinese trial classes, and to contact you about them.
To calculate, verify and settle affiliate commissions.
To detect and prevent fraud, fake conversions and abuse, and to keep the platform secure.
To analyze and improve our services and promotional performance.
4. Information Sharing
To deliver classes, your booking information is provided to Wukong Chinese (https://www.wukongsch.com) to arrange the trial.
Booking leads are synced to a Google Sheet (Google Workspace) that we use for internal customer management.
Except as described above and as required by law, we do not sell or rent your personal information or share it with unrelated third parties.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: your language preference (locale) and login session. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking.
6. Data Security & Retention
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS; account passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes and cannot be reversed by us.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, or until you request deletion.
