The exact rate varies slightly by lesson package and subject; your advisor will quote it after the trial, based on your child's plan.
Families who enrol in a one-year package get a S$100 FairPrice e-voucher emailed to them in the same week they enrol, valid for one year. A standing policy, not a limited-time promotion.
The S$100 e-voucher is issued only after enrolling in a one-year package — never during the trial — and we do not claw it back if you later withdraw. Beyond that we do not currently run any other discount, bonus-lesson or cashback promotion. Advisors never collect payment before a lesson.
Frequently asked questions
Is the trial lesson really free? Do I need to pay or add a card?
It is genuinely free. New students get 1 completely free trial lesson — no payment and no credit card needed.
How do I get the S$100 FairPrice voucher? Do I get it after the trial?
Not at the trial stage. It is issued only if you decide to enrol in a one-year package after the trial — we email the e-voucher in the same week you enrol, and it stays valid for a year. This is a standing policy, not a limited-time promotion, so there is nothing to rush for.
Can the voucher be cashed out or put towards fees? Do I return it if I withdraw?
It cannot be cashed out or applied to fees — it is a FairPrice supermarket e-voucher, usable only for shopping there. If you later decide to withdraw, we do not ask for it back.
Are the teachers real people, or is this pre-recorded?
Every lesson is taught live, 1-on-1, by a certified native teacher. Nothing is pre-recorded.
What ages do you teach?
Learners aged 3–18 — preschool, primary and secondary — and we welcome adult learners too. Teachers pitch the content to your child's current level.
Which subjects do you offer?
Chinese, Math and English. Chinese covers pinyin, speaking, characters, reading and writing, and can follow YCT / HSK preparation.
My child is a complete beginner / grew up overseas. Will they keep up?
Yes. The teacher assesses your child's level first and tailors the content and pace — complete beginners and children with some background follow different paths.
How does scheduling work? We're not in China.
Lessons run across all time zones and are booked flexibly. Tell us the times that suit you when you book and an advisor will arrange a teacher accordingly.
How soon will someone contact me after I book?
An advisor will contact you within 1 business day using the email or phone number you provided, to confirm the lesson time and teacher.
How will my information be used?
Only to arrange lessons and follow up with you. See the Privacy Policy in the footer — we do not use your contact details for unrelated purposes.
